Planning Your Installation

Once you have decided to use our service, your design consultant will take control. We take the hassle out of the process by filling out all necessary paperwork regarding western power and government rebates. An install date will normally be determined 14 days from when the deposit is collected. Your consultant will ensure your project runs smoothly from start to finish.

We aim to make sure we fit in with your personal commitments the best way we can, and that you are happy with the finer details of your installation.

Installation Day

At The Weather Wizard working with the best products on the market means working with nothing less than the best installers. Our install teams are fully accredited with the Clean Energy Council, and take pride in every install they’re presented with.

On the day of your installation, our tradesman will arrive at your place on time and introduce themselves to you. Before commencing, they will answer any questions you have and ascertain any last minute changes that may be required.

Although most systems only require half a day to install, we recommend our customers allow for the entire day in case of unforeseen circumstances.

The End's in Site

Once your panels and inverter are installed, the final step is for Western Power to connect the system to the grid. This normally occurs 2- 3 weeks after install. During this time your system will work and save you money, but any excess power you produce won’t be awarded/ credited to you. This will only occur once the connection to the grid is complete.

Aftercare

After your system is installed, you will receive a handover pack. This pack will outline every aspect pertaining to your particular system. If, however, you still have any questions or come up against something you are unsure about, our team is only a phone call away.
